Michael Roscoe
Michael Roscoe is a business owner, entrepreneur, and accomplished management consultant with a unique background in business development, project management, business process improvement, change management and policy development in the federal and commercial arenas.
Mr. Roscoe began his management consulting career path with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) where he led process mapping and improvement efforts for large Federal clients. After transitioning to Deloitte Consulting following the BearingPoint merger, he developed and implemented marketing and strategic development activities for a nation-wide Federal occupational health initiative. Mr. Roscoe left Deloitte in 2011 to found The Great Falls Group, Inc., a small business that focuses on project management and strategic planning projects.
He is also the creator and founder of NCOs4CEOs, a veteran focused initiative that leverages the leadership and problem-solving skills of former US military Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) against the strategic, operational, and organizational challenges faced by leading corporations.
Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Roscoe had extensive experiences in the media, working in a variety of roles with such leading media outlets as the BBC, The Associated Press, and ESPN.
He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1996 with a BA in Mass Communication and Media Studies. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Thomas D. Guglielmo
CSM Thomas Guglielmo joined the Army on 17 May 1990 and was trained at Fort Leonard Wood, MO as a Combat Engineer. His career included assignments the 2nd Infantry Division, Republic of Korea, the 24th Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, GA, the U.S. Army Recruiting Command with Duty in Saratoga Springs N.Y, First Army Division East at FT Jackson, SC and, the 101st Airborne Division at FT Campbell, KY.
He has served in every leadership position in the U.S. Army from Team Leader to Command Sergeant Major. He currently works as a coach and mentor in the U.S. Army’s Leader Training Program at FT Irwin California and also serves on the Board of Governors for the 101st Airborne Division Association.He has served one combat tour to Afghanistan as a Battalion Task Force Command Sergeant Major and two combat tours to Iraq as a First Sergeant. Additionally he has lead Soldiers and mentored leaders during operational deployments to Kosovo, Egypt and Haiti.
CSM Guglielmo has attended and graduated from every level of the Noncommissioned Officer Education System; he was the Leadership Awardee for his Primary Leadership Development Class, the honor graduate for his Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course class, the distinguished graduate for his Advanced Noncommissioned Officer class, the honor graduate for his First Sergeants course class and the distinguished graduate in the capstone course at the U.S. Navy’s Senior Enlisted Academy. He is also a graduate of the Cheju Mountaineering and Rappelling School, The U.S. Army Recruiting School, The Air Assault School, The Machine Gun Leaders Course, Combatives Level 1.
He holds an AA Degree from Central Texas College and a BA in Organizational Management from Ashford University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
His awards and decorations include the three awards of the Bronze Star Medal, The Legion of Merit, two awards of the Meritorious Service Medal, the Bronze Order of the Defleury , the Combat Action Badge, the Meritorious Unit Citation, three Army Commendation Medals, five Army Achievement Medals, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal, the Multi-National Forces and Observers Medal, the Kosovo Liberation Medal, the NATO Medal, two National Defense Service Medals, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, and the Global War On Terrorism Service Medal, the Air Assault Badge and, the Recruiters Badge with three gold stars.

Sean Conaton
Two attributes anchor Sean Conaton’s more than 18 years of professional experiences: 1.he is a leader who is also a “doer”; 2. he makes the people with whom he works stronger and more capable. Sean’s support for non-profit organizations began with National Wildlife Federation (NWF) where he designed and launched their profitable digital membership programs. By the end of his tenure, Sean directed all operations, processes and systems for NWF’s revenue-generating programs. He was also entrusted by the executive leadership team to lead special projects, including restructuring a subsidiary organization, and train department heads in process improvement techniques.
Sean transitioned these experiences into a successful career in management consulting. He supported non-profits and federal, state and local government clients with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG consulting). Sean remained with BearingPoint through their acquisition by Deloitte Consulting in May 2009, advising clients and leading delivery teams on business strategy, operational improvement, organizational development, and customer-centric innovation projects.
Sean left Deloitte in April 2013 to found Strategy Compass, where he continues to provide innovative consulting support to non-profit and commercial organizations.
Sean earned his BA in English from Georgetown University, and has completed professional development courses through the University of Virginia, Deloitte University and BPT Partners.
